Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages Grimm & Grace Candle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@grimmandgracecandles.com with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
